He did a fantastic job in a very difficult bathroom consisting of one room in a 80 year old house and the other in a relatively new extension. He handled all the plumbing, carpentry and electrical install so a one-stop shop, He was meticulous and took real trouble to get the details right even though it caused him a lot more work. He was also a very clean worker who left no mess behind at all, and cleared the waste every day - a pleasure to have in the house. He has completely transformed the bathroom into something special and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He was also competitively priced. He fixed all the previous plumbers “work” & completed the jobs we had outstanding & he did a remarkable job! The finish on everything is perfectly professional & tidy. THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND COURTEOUS AND MESSAGED ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. COMMUNICATION AND BEING PUNCTUAL IS MASSIVELY IMPORTANT TO US AS WE ARE ALSO BUSY PEOPLE. THEIR QUOTE BLEW THE COMPETITION OUT OF THE WATER AND I HAD A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THEM BOTH. I ORDERED THE BATHROOM ITEMS AND THEY CHECKED THE ORDER OVER BEFORE DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED TO MAKE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED. KEIGAN WORKED ON HIS OWN ALL WEEK STARTING ON THE MONDAY AT 8AM AND FINISHING BY MID MORNING ON THE FRIDAY OF THE SAME WEEK. HE DID A FULL RIP OUT AND COMPLETE TOTAL NEW BATHROOM INSTALLATION . I WORK FROM HOME AND HONESTLY HARDLY KNEW HE WAS IN THE HOUSE . HE LEFT THE ROOM AND THE OUTSIDE RUBBISH AREA NEAT AND TIDY EVERY DAY. WE ARE OVER THE MOON WITH THE END RESULT.
