Tyrone is the best builder I’ve come across in years. He actually turns up when arranged, stays all day rather than taking on other jobs and just working a half day and cleans up at the end of everyday. He has knocked through from my toilet to the adjacent bathroom and brought the wall out further into the landing and erected a new stud wall and folding door. The finish on the new wall is the smoothest I’ve ever seen. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone. I’ve asked him to do extra work when he’s finished the bathroom.

What I appreciated most was not only the quality of the work carried out, but also the time and effort spent discussing the issues beforehand, planning the work, and sharing valuable advice and expertise. As I was managing the property remotely and was unable to attend in person, the detailed photos and documentation provided throughout the job were extremely helpful and gave me excellent visibility of the work being completed. They resecured the vertical timber by screwing it firmly back into position, replaced the damaged horizontal timber, and finished the area with clean, professional painting. They also gave me clear, practical advice about the triangular piece of wood, explaining that it will need attention in about two years. Their attention to detail and willingness to offer guidance made the whole experience excellent.
