Hi, I have been working in the building trade for 27 years now. I was registered with NHBC from 2001 until 2018, with no issues. I decided to change to Build Zone for property warranties after that. I won a 4 year tender for Dorset County Council doing their general maintenance jobs. I’ve done many new build properties and extensions, barn conversions etc over the years. Four years ago I went into partnership with a close friend. Since then we have built 3 new builds, conversions and completed numerous small jobs.
