This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'. We will be definitely asking Sam to undertake further work in the near future and would recommend him highly.
