Rich was so professional from start to finish. An initial phone call helped clarify exactly what we wanted and also clearly set the expectations on costs. He did some research to help us source some specific items (bathroom locks) and gave us great advice throughout, which was very welcome. He’s done a first-class job and been a pleasure to work with throughout, including a comprehensive clean up after the work was done - so much so that we’re already planning our next project for him!

Arrived on time, very professional, done a fantastic job with our flooring and skirting boards. Had to contend with gas pipes and electrical cables and had to match up to existing skirting boards and he did it perfectly. Will definitely be hiring him again for further work in the very near future.

Did a nice job. The workman on the day was very friendly and worked hard and finished to a high standard. My only gripe is that there was a 6 week wait and a rather hefty deposit. However Terry agreed on a smaller deposit which I can't complain about. So all in all a friendly and professional company. I would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant work! Phil was fantastic from start to finish, visiting us within a couple of days to provide us with a quote, which we were more than happy with. Phil returned within 3 days after building the stair gate at his own workshop and then installed the gate, along with an additional job of converting a cupboard into a utility space for a tumble dryer. Phil was polite, professional and friendly throughout. He clearly has many years of experience under his belt and knows his trade inside out. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend to anyone else.
