job went well had a couple of mishaps but hey it was a big job...Barry and his lad worked well to a professional finish. We range from hanging doors to fitting roofs all 1st ,2nd and final fix joinery are covered, along with all your building works such as garden walls,extensions stonework.we are a family run business and very reliable, we strive on delivering a 1st class job each and every time. Also our aftercare team will deal with any questions following the project completion. We have now opened a kitchen and bathroom showroom alongside our construction team.
Building Control wasn't consulted when they arrived we were ordered to put a wall up which had been taken down. A photo revealed that a wooden lintel was in place when it should have been removed a steel beam. Two cutlery cupboards put in one kitchen and none in another kitchen. Windows were broken and not replaced. Damp patches not rectified. Back door didn't lock properly. Remote locks had to be refitted by a locksmith as they weren't working properly. The work took well over a year and was left incomplete, other builders and handyman had to be used to finish off the job. If you ring k rend they will give you my phone number because I am the only person allowed to do it. For which I have been made an approved applicator by Krend because they know I use all the CORRECT products which all plasterers do not use or even know about but say they can do it (but just ask Krend customer service)and they themselves have took acknowledgment of my work and have produced for my company alone and in partnership with Jewsons a brochure and scaffolding banners to show i am the leading business in the fylde to apply this product and with this I am approved to hand out the 30 year manufactures warranty and guarantee the life of the product and then provide the aftercare( I am in the process of going on there facebook account🤞🏻)my customers know they are in safe hands because k rend will be with me and you the customer all the way through the process which no one else can offer so you can relax and know you are in the best hands
