Lee came exactly when he said he would and worked hard to complete the job in the timeframe I had available. He returned to finish the job on a bank holiday as there was a bit more work needed than originally anticipated. He replaced some joists and floorboards and was thorough with his work, giving helpful advice on possible future improvements.
