Kieran did an excellent job from start to finish. He quickly came out to measure and give us a quote, which was very reasonable compared to others. He was the most professional and honest person we dealt with. He and his team arrived at 7:30 am and worked non-stop until 10 pm to complete everything in one day, which was fantastic. The finish was top-notch, and he even cleaned up thoroughly, despite knowing I planned to pressure wash the area myself. Poor workmanship and aggressive, lying cowboys - do not use!! Unevenly laid indian stone (I know it's not flush like porcelain), drain cut wonkily, concrete where there should be indian stone, just a shambles. I paid half in good faith that the issues would be fixed and for the materials. The day later he sent 5 of his 'lads' round to review it to intimidate me. They agreed water can't run uphill and said 5 flags needed lifting. He then backtracked on this, said I want a free patio (not sure how when I've paid half already) and that he's going to send the 'lads' round to take up half the flags. After becoming borderline abusive, I explained to him that I'd lost faith in his ability to complete the work and therefore he could take half the patio up as I've paid him over half. He backtracked on his initial request and says he wants it all up. He said he'll have this review taken down which is apparently why there are so many good ones and his bullying tactics seem to work on some.
