I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Paul. I asked for a stud wall and 2 doors to seperate a large room in to 2 smaller classrooms in our school. From the initial contact Paul was professional, friendly, and efficient. He responded quickly to my enquiry and scheduled a prompt consultation to discuss my needs in detail. I could not be happier with the job Steve did in supplying and fitting new MDF skirting boards to my spare bedroom. He responded to my add promptly, arranged to call round to measure up and gave me a very, very reasonable quote the following day. He was clear, polite and articulate in the conversations and messages that we exchanged, turned up on time, his van clean, tidy and well organized and got on with the job with no fuss or delay. I expect a quality job from any tradesman I hire and Steve has certainly done that. He mitred the external joints and scribed the internals, used adhesive, masonry nails, plus plugs and screws where the wall was a bit wobbly. It all looks great. The most visible mitred joints around the chimney breast are flawless. He finished off the job by caulking the top edge and filling the screw holes. Steve then cleaned up, leaving the room spotless, ready for me to paint. I was a little bit nervous of hiring Steve for this job after reading the long, negative review someone else left on this site but I needn't have worried, I am more than happy with every single aspect of dealing with Steve.
