Absolutely horrible experience. Promised a job to complete in 1 week and took almost 2 months, and then left incomplete and the guy disappeared. Haven’t been let down like this ever before. Constant lies and excuses. Workers don’t show up, don’t have any professional qualification or experience. Basically handymen taking a stab at every trade of work. Workers also don’t speak English so all communication is broken. The main person Marek showed up to the job first 2 days and then left it all to his workers. One of the trade workers was smoking in our apartment, one got hostile when asked not to do something. Upon searching the history of the person, seems like they have started and closed many companies before. I will be raising this to trade standards. Leaving this feedback so others don’t get scammed like we did

The Job was carried out to a Very High level and it was all very Professional. New walls/ new ceiling with Chandelier. Everything is excellent and I would Highly Recommend. It all Only took 2 days. We will 100% be keeping their contact details for the Near Future.

Really terrible experience with both Aquila Management Services and the plumbers they subcontracted, George Dick and Sons. Good first impressions which is why I chose them despite it not being the cheapest quote I got, but every single thing that was done was done badly. The job took four weeks to complete (I was told it would take one week) and the entire time involved me having to bring up many problems and things that had been done wrong. I was never given a breakdown of costs of fitting and materials despite having asked for it on multiple occasions. I have been left with the wrong bath, wrong taps in the sink, and messy, shoddy work. On top of this, I was refused any discount at all when I asked for it and was threatened with legal action if I did not pay in full. Aquila refused to take any responsibility for any of the problems, and were very patronising towards me. As a result I would definitely not recommend this company, and I would say the same for the plumbing company George Dick and Sons. Best case scenario they were totally incompetent, worst case scenario, complete cowboys who are only around to take advantage of people.

I WISH I HAD FOUND THESE GUYS EARLIER IN MY RENOVATION PROJECT ! LDA contracts carried out quite a big job for me on the exterior of my property. They supplied and fitted all materials, fence panels, gates and a made a privacy screen complete with window shutters throughout. All of the work was exactly to the specifications I had asked for and was actually better than I could have imagined. The exterior of my home is transformed ! They also painted the full exterior of my house and external fence wall again to a very high standard. James and David went over and above what I would have expected and did a perfect job. All tradesmen they had on site worked hard, were punctual and really tidy. The best experience I’ve had to date hiring a company. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LDA CONTRACTS and their team for all aspects of building work. Great communication throughout and very reasonably priced. A Professional and very experienced company also punctual, polite and very tidy. Nothing was too much bother. Very happy customer.
