Hello, I'm a practical designer & craftsperson with a well equipped workshop and powerful PC. I can scan your property using 360 cameras and drones, recreate it as a 1:1 photorealistic 3D model, design whatever extension/alteration/catio you want, working with you, altering the design till it's exactly how you want it, letting you walk around the plan with VR goggles so you can get a real sense of the space (which can be difficult when viewing static plans/drawings!) Then I'll come build it just as we've planned. You can even have a 3D printed miniature/1:6 or 1:12 scale dollshouse as a memento! Whatever you can imagine, I can find a way to make it happen. Usually I work as a project manager for renovations, visiting sites to inspect work carried out by the builders, checking the quality of work, fixing any mistakes and doing any tricky custom joinery/carpentry needed. Whatever I build, I build to last. Solidly engineered is my priority, making sure things are done correctly, not just "looking" right.
