  we are a growing business from Sheffield, we do high end domestic and commercial joinery. We have a team of engineers quality trades people including ourselves, all verified and people we have worked with over the years who produce quality work through-out. Can we help you with anything?   I hired this young man to install six doors. One isn't opening fully and gets stuck on the laminate, two are badly scratched and one has a hole. One handle was installed too low on a door. When I brought it up, he made it into a big deal to avoid having to re-adjust the position in the door frame to facilitate the new style of door, leaving the new hatches in their packets. One door was destroyed, and I had to request he replace it, despite his attempts to get me to agree to it being further patched up with filler. He lacked proper tools, asked me to hold the door, used my wheelie bins for support instead of workbenches, and used my hoover, which affected its functionality. Despite me having to overlook the creepiness to get through it, he pressured me for a positive review. After my review, shifting from charm to emotional manipulation, escalating into harassment, aggression and personal attacks. See screenshots. Fake charm doesn't work on me "flower" you seem to have plenty of time

  Very responsive and friendly. Lovely door fitted and further work done in a timely manner. We were quite fussy with what door we wanted and Zak gave us lots of options and went through them all with us to find our best fit.
