Julian took out our old kitchen and flooring and also the flooring down a corridor from the kitchen. He moved a radiator and replaced all the flooring. He used a local cabinet maker to hand build new units and replaced the whole kitchen including new electrical appliances. The design was his own. The workmanship cannot be faulted. Julian was true to his estimates and was totally reliable. The work took longer than originally indicated but we did ask him to do extra jobs and the results are superb.

Nigel really did come to our rescue. Our builder has cancelled days before and left us with half demolished kitchen for Christmas. Nigel responded to the add and came the next day. From the minute Nigel arrived to the day he left 4 weeks later we had total confidence and worry free project. Nigel not only did our kitchen and dining room, he took one extra work such as a new bathroom upstairs and down and did some much needed decorating of our hallway and stairs. Everything completed was with complete transparency and honesty. Nigel not only saved the day for us with his work, but also befriended my 3 year old daughter and took the time to play and engage with her when she was around the house. That personal touch to everything Nigel did was fantastic topping to an excellent tradesman who knows how to complete a work to a very high standard. Nigel, his brother Paul and the team of trades he introduced us to were the best I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I will most definitely employ all of them again in future work and its safe to say I have found a tradesman for all future work in your properties. It's a real relief and pleasure to have a trades in the house who you can trust. The stress relief from that alone is priceless. ARRIVED ON TIME FIRST DAY.LEFT EARLY.LATE NEXT DAY THEN WE WERE TOLD NOT ENOUGH WALL BOARDS TO COMPLETE THE JOB.AT THE QUOTE WE WERE TOLD TO ORDER 10 EVEN THOUGH I SUGGESTED 11,KNOWING THIS FROM PAST EXPERIENCE.THEN HAD TO RETURN YHE NEXT WEEK TO COMPLETE JOB.AT COMPLETION WE HAD THE CASH READY FOR PAYMENT OF THE QUOTE AND WERE THEN TOLD THEY NEEDED ANOTHER 150 POUNDS TO REMOVE RUBBISH.AFTER A FEW DAYS WE DISCOVERED A LEAK ON THE SHOWER CUBICLE AND UNFINISHED WORK ON HAND BASIN.WE INFORMED HIM OF THE MATTER AND WERE TOLD THEY WOULD RETURN ON THE TUESDAY DID NOT TURN UP.WE CHASED AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN ON THE WEDNESDAY,NO SHOW.THEN CHASED AGAIN AND TOLD THEY WOULD RETURN ON THE THURSDAY.WE SENT AN EMAIL TO HIM ASKING FOR THE JOB TO BE COMPLETED BY THE FRIDAY EVENING AND ALSO ASKED FOR AN INVOICE FOR THE WORK AND PAYMENT.NONE RECIEVED AND NO CONTACT SINCE.HAVING RUNG SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ANSWER.THIS TREATMENT OF AN 81 YEAR OLD SHOULD STAND AS A WARNING TO OTHERS.
