He was realistic with timelines for when the work would be finished and communicated these clearly throughout the process. Hemen did a wonderful job moving our door, opening up/ converting the space under the stairs into storage, and putting up a large LED bathroom cabinet for us. The quality of his work and attention to detail were outstanding. Roger was great to work with and I appreciated being able to have open and honest conversations with him about the project, the details, any changes, issues and costs throughout the whole process. The work was done to a high standard, and snagging issues sorted out promptly. Roger and the Team were also understanding when we had to move in to the house early and had to ask them to stop work for 2 weeks towards the end of the project whilst we had our baby daughter who was born at the house.
