Julian took out our old kitchen and flooring and also the flooring down a corridor from the kitchen. He moved a radiator and replaced all the flooring. He used a local cabinet maker to hand build new units and replaced the whole kitchen including new electrical appliances. The design was his own. The workmanship cannot be faulted. Julian was true to his estimates and was totally reliable. The work took longer than originally indicated but we did ask him to do extra jobs and the results are superb.

I challenge anyone to find two more honest and professional men then Joe and Dave. They undertook a total refurbishment on an old 3 story stone house for me, which on more than one occasion through up a spanner or two. Two rooms were moved (bathroom went upstairs, kitchen where old bathroom was), new plastering & skimming to all rooms, new architraves, woodwork and doors, new electrics, new plumbing, plus windows and doors... though showing what excellent craftsmen they are they added some galleried walls, floating shelves, creative solutions for bathroom mirror / shelving, reinstated an old fireplace... They went above and beyond, every hurdle was jumped and they added nice little touches without even drawing it to my attention... you can tell they take pride in their work! They made what can often be stressful enjoyable! They are both considered, creative, communicative and cost aware.

Sean did a variety of jobs for us including repointing an exterior wall, plastering a room, sorting out a leak and replacing a window pane. We were more than happy with all of his work which he did to a high standard. He came when he said he would and did what he set out to do each day. What we particularly liked about Sean was that he talked to us about what he had done each day and explained what he would be doing the next day. We felt involved and kept in the picture at all times - not always the case when people are working in your house. Thanks Sean, we won’t hesitate to call you when we need more work doing.

Roger and his team at Greenbird undertook a full house refurbishment and rear extension to a rundown semi-detached we bought in 2018. Roger was great to work with and I appreciated being able to have open and honest conversations with him about the project, the details, any changes, issues and costs throughout the whole process. The work was done to a high standard, and snagging issues sorted out promptly. Roger and the Team were also understanding when we had to move in to the house early and had to ask them to stop work for 2 weeks towards the end of the project whilst we had our baby daughter who was born at the house. I have and would recommend Greenbird to family and friends.
