Work was undertaken however following an issue which was spotted and reported afterwards James Archibald of James Joinery whom initially came across pleasant and helpful, became very defensive about the work he had completed. Did not send out a plumber to resolve the issue and started to make various excuses to pass on the blame elsewhere - from my new supplied shower being used to the gas engineer being at fault. It is definitely a plumbing connection to shower valve issue but as James now been paid and he doesn't care about feedback left as he claims he's busy due to word of mouth he has not intention to return and fix the problem. * In addition 08.06.21 - he called me today and spent 5 minutes on the phone ranting and shouting, swearing and threating to harm me - all because I requested politely for him to return and fix the problem. This has also now been reported on to third parties. If you hire him then I wish you the best of luck as if there are any issues you will need all the luck!

Very professional team changing 9 old doors and door frames. Wayne and his team started by meticulously covering the floors, and sealing everything down. At the end of every day they cleaned and vacuumed up. The work was to a very high standard. The job was not as straightforward as I originally thought, and there was more to think about than I originally had perceived, but the guys were adaptable. They had experience working on historic/ listed buildings (not that my property was listed), but it was evident in the knowledge they had in doing work in a relatively old house such as they were working on here. Great quality work, easy to work with. Very happy I chose Iconic Edge.

Sid was a polite guy. Did a great job at laying the parquet floor. We then had thresholds fitted and he was rushed to get to another job, they were not fixed correctly. I asked several times via phone calls and texts if he could come back and finish the job. He said he would contact me and the call never came. I told him my little boy had cut his foot on the threshold that needed fixing. Nothing. Radio silence. December to date no contact. Steer clear he clearly cannot manage a job and finish it to the end.
