I have been a builder for over 5 years now and I take pride in my work making sure that the customer is satisfied with the works carried out. I will always do my best to make sure that the customer gets the best price for any job and.
Inexperienced, over promises on what he can actually deliver. 100% not capable of completing bathroom work, all that needed to be done was rectifying a leak and placing some tiles down. Leak is now even worse than before and the flooring that was put in is completely damp and ruined. Sam has tried blocking the access under the bath to cover the further damage he’s created. Along with thieving some supplies that we had bought and that he had no right to do so. After getting in touch with Sam to allow him a second chance, he has now blocked our phone numbers. All of this damage has left my mother who is on pension out of pocket for £2.000, he was aware of all of this before starting the job but still continues to thieve from a vulnerable woman! We have no choice but to now pay someone else who actually has experience to sort his damages resulting in further costs. If I could give him 0 stars I would, will be taking this further to trading standards. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Our bathroom looks amazing! Originally we were just removing a bath and replacing with a walk in shower but after talking with Mark we reconfigured the bathroom. It is a much better use of space. Mark was great from the start offering advice and keeping us informed all the way through which was important as we just bought the property and not moved in yet. He also removed a back boiler and installed a new combi boiler for us. This was all completed in just over a week! We would definitely recommend Mark.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-

James was super professional from the outset. He helped us plan the bathroom renovation, gave useful advice, and explained what would / wouldn't work. He also came over (twice) with brochures and sample materials, for us to choose our favourite design. The job itself took 7 days. James and Sam had very polite manner and evident confidence in their trade. They re-plumbed the bathroom, installed a new shower tray and enclosure, vanity-toilet suite, wall panels and flooring, new light and fan + wiring. + ripping the old content, tiles etc. out and getting it off site. The boys solved a few "surprises" during work. They catered for all our "special" requests and made our bathroom look and feel spectacular. (((The choice of awkward placing of different units is a result of issues with the structure of the building))). If we ever have any plumbing, bathroom, kitchen job again - we will definitely know who to call. P.S. - biscuits and tea, are their fuel. In particular - Hobnobs

We hired Steve to do a refit of our bathroom and we are absolutely in love with it. Really good communication and friendly guy. Everything was done thoroughly and to a high standard. Checked with us on thungs before carrying out the work and gave us choices rather than making them for us. Reasonably priced, will certainly be using his services again when needed. The work required replacing the shower, toilet & wash basin in our en-suite & completely tiling the floor & walls. From our initial meeting Jordan was punctual & professional in discussing the work, timing & cost. His experience helped us to choose the best options available. He carried out the work with good concern to minimising the impact of the work on the house. He organised his team of plaster & tiler well, both being excellent workers. Jordan even carried out additional work that I requested within the original time estimate. The final result exceeded my expectations & my wife was very impressed!!
