I had a couple of other quotes and firefly stoves came in slightly more expensive than others, so initially I was apprehensive but after talking to them and then coming to have a look at the job it became apparent that David knew what he was talking about, a lot more than the others that gave poorly written replies and wanted cash-in-hand. He double checked everything, gave me a proper quote and acted professionally throughout. Job was done quickly cleanly, apart from the brand new flu liner and a bit of dust you wouldn't have known they'd been. Highly recommend.

I will always do my best to make sure that the customer gets the best price for any job and.
Inexperienced, over promises on what he can actually deliver. 100% not capable of completing bathroom work, all that needed to be done was rectifying a leak and placing some tiles down. Leak is now even worse than before and the flooring that was put in is completely damp and ruined. Sam has tried blocking the access under the bath to cover the further damage he’s created. Along with thieving some supplies that we had bought and that he had no right to do so. After getting in touch with Sam to allow him a second chance, he has now blocked our phone numbers. All of this damage has left my mother who is on pension out of pocket for £2.000, he was aware of all of this before starting the job but still continues to thieve from a vulnerable woman! We have no choice but to now pay someone else who actually has experience to sort his damages resulting in further costs. If I could give him 0 stars I would, will be taking this further to trading standards. Save your money and go elsewhere.
