He fitted a new door and lock, repaired doors, installed skirting boards and architraves, and even added radiator pipe covers and a new kitchen plinth. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard – everything looks perfect. I was truly impressed with the neatness and quality of the job. Simmy has recently installed skirting boards in our summerhouse. Simmy was friendly, responsive, did an excellent job and left the summerhouse lovely and clean. To top this off, he received a discount on the materials and deducted this from our invoice. Excellent work, from quote to completion. Danny removed sink and wc for access and all floor boards and joists as requested. Improved air brick airflow and cleaned up underfloor area. New joists and boards fitted and sealed. Sink and wc refitted with new waste pipe. Re grouting,sealing and job clean up. David was amazing from start to finish told him the work i wanted we had a stud wall put up to separate 1 big bedroom he provided me with time scale of work and arrived within the next week and completed the work.Did a lovely job on spot lights too my kids were very happy 😊 david and his team always cleaned the working area once left to continue next day the area was left spotless and they are very tidy made sure was all hovered. Jake removed old boxing in around pipework in our downstairs toilet and installed new. Lovely guy, easy communication and arrived when he said he would. His standard of work is high and the finish is exactly what I wanted . Jake is returning to install a under sink storage for us also. His prices are competitive.
