James did a great job replacing our deck that had seen better days. James listened to what we wanted and went out of his way to accommodate. Mr West was given the job a couple of weeks before Christmas to build some decking at the rear of our property with the intention of completing for the holiday which he did not think would be a problem. What he did not tell us at the time was that he would be taking on various small job at the same time which resulted him turning up just on four days commencing at around 10.00 AM. With a week to go he was only halfway through with no chance of completing for Christmas so I informed him that I would finish the job myself and his reply to that was that he told me at the beginning that he could only do the job in his "spare time" ? I can't speak highly enough of Mathew and Thomas' customer-first attitude. I wanted to put a shed on an uneven surface and thought I needed a deck to support it, but then they recommended another easier and cheaper way which could serve the same purpose. Not to mention the morning they worked was raining heavily, but they were just unflappable and had the job done gracefully. Used Ben to fix some decking. Wasnt a big job however many traders wouldnt come out to do it or would suggest redoing it to make more money.
