I’m a young guy and I am trying to make my house more modern. The guys helped me to design the bathroom I wanted, they listened to everything I asked for and made everything I requested possible. To say I am delighted with what they have done is an understatement. The bathroom which they started and completed within a week is everything I wanted and more. It is modern, stylish and built brilliantly - oh and for an unbelievably competitive price. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone needing work done to their house and I am now in discussions with them about building me a new kitchen as the bathroom was so amazing. Get in touchBefore Cristian started the job my wife I explained what needed doing and we told him if there’s anything he couldn’t do, do not start the job. From start was gonna get friend to do electrics - unqualified and did it himself, Never told us his working hours- 9:30-12:30 then 3-8pm who would accept that? On the Thursday took his tools and didn’t turn in on Friday cause family issue, Then turned up at 4pm till 8pm. Never checked radiator then fitted it with piping looking crap Ruined the door fitting then claimed he didn’t put it in the quote when we clearly told him it needed doing, he didn’t put the electrics in the quote but knew it had to be done Had trouble getting him back to fix remedial due to poor grouting as was too busy. Wanted 80% final payment first! Said 5 days but was there for 10 days Had a leak after a week but because I held back £100 warranty was void. We had to call an emergency plumber. We paid over £2,600 for the labour and everything was an issue.
