He was reliable, pleasant and, when the job took longer than expected, he didn't use the opportunity to increase his price. Also, his price was very reasonable. Worked late nights and weekends to get the job finished and allowing us to move back in as quickly as possible. Flooring looks great, again with Josh helping us choose the best flooring for the area.
