The pump manufacturer has said the incorrect install has voided the warranty. Unable to reach Catalin for rectification as he is away and not planning to come back. Such a cowboy! He was also very conscious of trying to keep the cost down. I had a tired looking 1980’s cloakroom with exposed pipes. I now have a modern bright space which will be easier to keep clean and looks great.
