What started as a relatively minor refurbishment, developed into a full scale redevelopment with staircase moves and layout changes. Neil always did this with complete professionalism , offering and coming up with solutions to get over problems. The site was always left tidy at the end of the day. I can fit doors,windows (velux/upvc), can do all aspects of 2nd fix ( doors/skirting/arkitrave/ spindles/ handrail, window boards etc). I can also cut on roofs and do roofing ( felting, battening, tiling). Also can do 1st fix (structural floors, stud walls and linings, flooring , insulation, plasterboarding etc. also can lay slabs/blocks and fit steels if needed.
