Advised me he would be attending 7pm. Told me at 7:45 had a flat tyre and he’s on his way. Went to my Supported living accommodation at 9:55pm. Asked him multple times if he would attend today and ignore my messages and doesn’t give me a time. If you want professional I wouldn’t recommend this Enginner
