- Get in touchVery pleased with my cloakroom refurbishment. Mike gave good advice throughout but also listened to my preferences. Very reliable and skilled. He was also very conscious of trying to keep the cost down. I had a tired looking 1980’s cloakroom with exposed pipes. I now have a modern bright space which will be easier to keep clean and looks great.

The pump manufacturer has said the incorrect install has voided the warranty. Unable to reach Catalin for rectification as he is away and not planning to come back. Such a cowboy! It wasn't the easiest of jobs and there were some expected suprises along the way. Guy did a great job; he was very flexible and thorough. This was a 'small' space, but a fairly complicated job, involving a lot of precision in terms of replacing the under boards, and the door, while protecting the surrounding space, and improvising solution details. He made the shower look great, was easy to have around and communicative about his process, and followed through on what he promised. Get in touchDarren and his family team were brilliant! Darren is friendly and responsive. He had to contend with an old 1940s bathroom which was not looked after. The subfloor was water damaged and the walls were not straight. He created an elegant bathroom with marble tiles, chrome fittings and lovely products. I highly recommend Darren and his team (Dan). Please note the electrics and cupboard are not yet complete in the pictures.

I paid a deposit of £1,500 and agreed that he could keep £1,000 of the deposit to compensate him for claimed "lost work". In adddition, Mr Gordon wanted a further £210 for skip hire, which I also agreed to. I requested the return of the remaining £290 from the deposit but Mr Gordon said he could not forward the money until he had the "appropriate paperwork" from the skip hire company. I contacted the skip hire company who said that he had received all documents (email confirmation of skip hire, invoice and receipt for payment) from them by email immediately. I have messaged Mr Gordon many times over several weeks with this information and requesting the return of the £290. He has ignored all messgaes for 6 weeks. Beware any financial dealings, particularly relating to deposits, that you have with this individual.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-
