The pump manufacturer has said the incorrect install has voided the warranty. Unable to reach Catalin for rectification as he is away and not planning to come back. Such a cowboy! Price was very reasonable given he's replaced our Bathtub for a standing shower, toilet and basin. Surprisingly, the work was done 3 days earlier than what they said it would have taken. Get in touchAbsolutely superb work from Carlos. He was punctual, polite tidied up after himself and did exactly what I wanted him to do to a very high standard. He replaced my dripping shower and refurbished my entire shower cubicle exactly how I had envisaged it without overruling or reinterpreting my design and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. It’s perfection! He provided a quote before he began the work and stuck to it which was excellent value for money. He kindly fixed other things for me along the way and discussed further work in a very amicable manner. I will definitely be enlisting the help of Carlos and his equally helpful and polite team again!
