From start to finish the job went perfectly, the quote was given promptly and was fair James measured up for me to order advising on a few details before ordering. James took great care to minimise damage when removing and minimised the mess. The door fitted perfectly with no issues, door was sealed and plastics/silicon sealant were added for the finishing touches. All debris was removed including the old door etc, and the glass, plastics and door was thoroughly cleaned. James was professional throughout, friendly and would definitely recommend.

Really pleased with the windows and door fitted by Heritage. Fraser was a great salesman, not pushy and explained everything clearly and choices we had available of doors etc. He gave some really good advise and even made up a roof template for us to look at beforehand. He went above and beyond. As for the window fitters, Richard, Paul & Luke they were very efficient, very pleasant and workmanship was 1st class. Special thanks to Richard the main fitter for all his hard work. Very pleased indeed and couldn’t recommend highly enough.
