Tom was brilliant from start to finish. Came with a competitive quote and an eagerness to please. Happy to help out and work through different ideas with us. Was understanding working with our timeline when we had other work happening at the same time. We had new bifolds, a front and a back door fitted. Tom came back a few weeks later and did adjustments once things had time to settle. Doors all shut perfectly without that annoying catchiness you get on an older door. Steven fitted a new front door and back door replacing our old upvc ones. He bought the front door out a little bit giving us some more room inside the house. Excellent communication before and during the job and professional throughout. Very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the job and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

After advertising the job Billy called me from Universal windows and offered us to give quotation. Received offer in a very short period of time and I must admit the price was very reasonable compared to other offers and reading previous reviews we decided to choose this company. Billy took his time explaining everything and we received all agreements electronically as its a rental property away from our base. The company promptly contacted my tenant and agreed on completion day. Billy advised us on type of windows, practicality and safety mechanism etc.. The fittings of doors and windows were very quick and efficient. Clean and organised in a very respectful manner. Once job was completed I received pictures of the job and my tenant was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Universal Windows to everyone as from start to finish was to a high standard. Dominic and his team have done an excellent job converting my conservatory into a room, adding a additional storage room and re designing steps and patio area. I also decided to have 2 upstairs windows replaced. All this work was carried out to a very high standard and I am extremely pleased with the completed work. All of the team were extremely pleasant and polite in particular Igor who never seemed to stop working and always with a smile. Sam changed all the windows in my house and did a brilliant job. From the first communication all the way through to tidying up at the end, dealing with Sam was an absolute pleasure. Communications were quick and easy, came out to measure up promptly, helped me through the ordering process and gave options for installation date. Having him round the house for 3 days never felt an inconvenience and he treats your home with respect. Quality of work was great, takes his time to make sure everything is done properly. Even the FENSA certificate was received quickly! Thanks for a great job Sam, would happily hire you for the next one!

Really pleased with the windows and door fitted by Heritage. Fraser was a great salesman, not pushy and explained everything clearly and choices we had available of doors etc. He gave some really good advise and even made up a roof template for us to look at beforehand. He went above and beyond. As for the window fitters, Richard, Paul & Luke they were very efficient, very pleasant and workmanship was 1st class.
