Wow!! What an ** AMAZING Experience ** ... talk about going Above & Beyond !! When Shak mentioned he can do the architectural drawings remotely, I was a little apprehensive. But I needn't have been .. not only did the drawings clearly articulate the vision I had but his collaborative ethos ensured that the drawings were fully representative of the design I wanted. The process of dealing with the council has been quite challenging but Shak has been incredibly supportive and put in a lot of extra effort in order to try and reach a positive conclusion. I felt I wanted to write a reference at these very early stages, as appointing an architect when you know very little other than an extension, I was delighted when I picked John Peterson, I am pleased to report, he attended an initial meeting where he spent a detailed amount of time, getting to know our dream desire, highlighting to us the impact of neighbours in our proposed plan. He was amazing in that he spoke Plain English so we could understand the whole proposed agreement we wanted. Went away followed it up with email, outlining next steps, we commissioned John down to his frank and honest communication which we appreciated. He then re visited to commence on the journey of measurements, photographs so no disputing boundary wall, before and after photographs. He then issued me contract outlining all charges costs and the way forward in regards design and submission, we are in the early stages, but have to write and say so far we are delighted at both speed and professionalism. Am excited at working with John, and that's what it feels like a true partnership . Am awaiting my final plans and have no hesitation that they will meet my requirements. Thank you John.
