Very happy with our completed hallway & kitchen tiling. Alex got back to me straight away when I requested I needed help and came to look at the job within days. Edward did the tiling for us & took him two days to install our insulation boards, UF heating & tiling which was very impressive and I must say, it looks incredible. The only downside I would say was the language barrier. When we had issues with the tiles, I couldn’t understand Edward as he spoke very little English, which was quite unnerving as I was unsure about the issues and how we would resolve them. I didn’t realise that Alex wouldn’t be staying when doing the tiling. Trudi is a lovely friendly lady. She let us know when she was on the way to us. She has done a fantastic job of chiselling, using stonesaw to get out the old mortar then repointing/filling our steps. She worked hard all day non-stop apart from cups of tea & biccies, shes a very tidy worker and can't recommend her high enough.
