He texted the night before to confirm and arrived on time. George gave a very competetive quote that day. He has completed the job, despite the rain in the same cheerful, respectful manner, arriving at 8am each morning and working very hard throughout the day. George stepped up to do this job for us in a tight timescale after we'd been badly let down by another tiler. I strongly recommend you chose him to do your job as it get's done, when he says it will and it's done in a polite and professional way.

The communication was great both before, during and after the work was complete - making sure he was clear on what I wanted him to do, as well as communicating to me what he thought was the best thing to do technically as a result of his attention to detail. The work undertaken was to a high standard and I am very happy with the finished product.
