- Get in touchInitially attended and discussed job giving competitive quote and previous reviews all looked good. Job was removal of wall, new fence fitted and tarmac with block edging. When talking about what kinds of fence I made reference to a 3 foot fence on the other side of the driveway. However I obviously wasn't specific enough as they fitted a 5 foot fence, which looks very out of place and is above an existing pillar and window level for the house. I also wasn't informed in advance that they couldn't remove an existing border edging which spoils the finish of the job, especially when the solution was to put some slate on top without removing the existing gravel. Finish wise there are several chipped, broken and damaged blocks, and the fence line also isn't straight, in addition the panels fitted were damaged. It felt like they rushed the job as they said it would take 3 days but took them less than 2.
