Both elements were completed perfectly and the team of 2 consulted sensibly throughout so we didn't take up too much carpet and the relaying was adjusted for a couple of small "bubbles" which needed attention. He carpeted 4 bedrooms, the landing and stairs and snug as well as laminate flooring in the kitchen/diner, hallway and downstairs toilet. He also laid vinyl in our bathroom and en-suite. He put in a tremendous amount of work ensuring a high-quality finish. Attention to detail was brilliant. He was fantastic at communicating throughout and I know we weren't the most straightforward customers he will ever have! He was extremely diligent and took pride in the finish that he was leaving behind. Best yet, there was no mess left behind and the place looked a million dollars when he left!
