- Get in touchIt’s a tough one because Kane was polite, but his responses were slow, and ultimately he didn’t resolve the issue. I had a leak, and while he identified the problem—a hole at the base of the chimney—he didn’t fix it. Instead, he opted for the simpler job of just installing chimney cowls. - Get in touchGeorge is easy to deal with. He assessed the work in person and made practical suggestions on how to repair the damaged chimney flashing. He suggested a couple of other small related jobs were done as well. The quote was sensible. It’s hard to find a roofer who is technically proficient these days. Lots either charge the earth or are amateurs. I’d be very happy to recommend Childs Roofing and I very likely will ask George to look at future work.
