They turned up on the dot; then carefully and efficiently broke up an old shed foundation, before laying out a new frame for my large garden building. A concrete mixer had already been ordered; arriving promptly the following day. At this point the lads jumped to, and like supermen barrowed the concrete from the truck to my garden…. all within 20 minutes!! Excellent! I can’t recommend SB Landscapes enough! Get in touchThis man is not a tradesperson but a fraud parading as one. Various red flags that were overlooked throughout the recruitment process 1. Requesting for payment up front for a job he knew nothing about 2. Quoting and referring to to himself as "we" and lying that his assistant was on his way for two days and noone turned up. 3. Trying to double the price of the job after the first day to rip off the customer knowing fully well that they are likely stranded seeing that he had started the job 4. Telling lies that neighbours told him that "we don't pay our workers" just to cause discord between neighbours. Well, my neighbour told me that you were up to no good and always on your phone 5. Trespassing my neighbours compound without permission via the rear fence allegedly looking for where to turn off the mains. 6. This one is unbelievable - calling the police and informing them that he had been assaulted so that he will not do the job! He walks away from a job he was paid upfront!!! IT WILL NOT BE WELL WITH YOU ANDREW!!! This is a man I paid £600 for doing nothing!!! Why will I assault anyone working for me not to mention someone who was employed to sort out a health and safety hazard? Get in touchThese two excellent, helpful, kind, energetic, fit (not THAT way!!) chaps were a ‘breath of fresh air’. I was ‘left in the lurch’ by a garden service’ company from Checkatrade. He demolished and built a new shed, BUT did not tell me there weren’t any foundations! So I was left with a shed whose door scraped on slabs and the flooring had sunk. . UNTIL, that is. . I trawled online and OJ Services on this site. An AGREED PRICE WAS ARRANGED, I WAS TOLD SHARP SAND WOULD BE EXTRA AND I SOURCED PAVING SLABS. It was pouring with rain, but they ‘got on with the job’. They kindly unloaded some bits in the shed, moved the empty shed, then put sand and slabs down - shed back and THEN loaded the shed again for me, with a SMILE . . They swept up and even took some other bits to the dump for me. The shed is now in working order, door closes and I’m VERY HAPPY. I wish I’d used them instead of the ‘checkatrafe’ company. These two are ‘worth their weight in gold’. Great tradesmen and no hanging around
