Get in touchAndrew is very honest and definitely knows his stuff! I explained to Andy what I wanted and he gave me all the pro’s and cons, explained thoroughly what the job entailed and quoted me. I’m a single female and Andy and his team were efficient, hard working and got the work done. I raised an issue with something I didn’t like and it was no trouble to change, extra materials were covered by myself understandingly. Andy offered to help do additional things for me, I had some down lighters out and he said go and buy some I’ll fit them for you. Really respectful of your property too! Just had to have a professional Roofing Contractor here to repair the roof and correct some very amateur issues. Constantly turned up late and left early in order to take/collect his children to school. Harry his labourer is almost useless and is incapable of working under his own initiative. Charging for work that hasn't been done, and is now saying he only offers a 6 months warranty. In breach of several terms in the building plans, (was supposed to have used a contactor that could offer a minimum of 25 year warranty on a GRP roof finish, dot and dab finish in the lounge not in the plans, states float and set) Constantly moaning that he was losing money on the job, well what a surprise when is takes over 3 times as long as its supposed to. Left the premises unsecure - didn't put the gate back up, or give us a safe exit from our new extension. The list goes on.
