STAY AWAY !!! Totaly scammed of £600. I have water leaking on my side wall. I hired this guy, he asked me for £450 to do something else, on the top of my roof,(he put just a little bit of cement )that was clearly not related with the water infiltration. We seen the loft and everything was dry. No sign of water. He also removed 2 slates and put it back and also painted a few slates - another £150 He said to trust him, that he knows what he is doing and if the problem will not be fixed, he will come back to fix it for free. I asked him to write this on the invoice, as I clearly argued that this can't fix the issue. Which he did. And told me to call him back after 1 week, not earlier, if its still leaking . I called, send messages, but he doesn't respond at all. Don't get scammed ! STAY AWAY !

Thief!!! Don’t hire him,he’s a crook!! He takes advantage of people who don’t know much about building(always he want to buy everything for you and steal at the end) Don’t fall for his first appearance. I’ve requested for receipt of things he bought for me,more than 3weeks and he hasn’t been able to provide it(he took almost the rest of the things he bought for me to his house ) I’ve again requested for the quote we all agreed on(which he wrote in his diary)same he hasn’t been able to provide it. I bought turbo drive screws(500 qualities) from trade point,he used less than 15 screws and took the rest to his house. Have a lot to say but I will meet him in court.

Asked for the guttering to be cleaned as it was overflowing. This man scraped the rubbish into the down spout. Blocking it up even more. Very quick to take on my neighbors job of cleaning her guttering when he should have been concentrating on mine. I called a local in and he came right away to assess the job. Did it and only charged me £10.
