Once the tiles were taken off the walls, it was not possible to skim them without drylining. This was explained, quoted for and agreed to add in. The work was done at the agreed price (with the minor revision) and to a high standard. The job was also completed quickly and in the agreed timeframe. Recommended.

He suggested ways the job could be done in order to save me money. Another thing I appreciate is that, he was carrying me along throughout the process to get my approval even when at the shop. Ripped out the whole bathroom and put in a new fittings. Cleaned up the mess, arrived early every day and would call if running late. Competitive price and he did some extra bits here and there without much charges. Delighted with end result and I highly recommend.

Get in touchSte and son Will did a great job. From initial contact through to completion there was prompt response to any questions and arrangements. The full refurbishment of the bathroom was mapped out carefully with each stage of the work completed on a daily basis with clean up at the end of each day. As we only had one toilet Ste ensured that morning work start time and reattachment every evening was done for our comfort. Pipework was re-routed where necessary and arrangements made with another joiner to replace the window too. All finishing was done to a high standard particularly the tiling which is superb. Payment was not necessary until job was completed. Ste and Will were knowledgeble and amiable and worked without needing the constant cup of tea like some others. Bob worked in a thorough and efficient manner keeping me fully informed regarding the progress of the renovation. Having your only bathroom refurbished can be seen as a inconvenience especially if you do not have any washing facilities, however Bob made the whole process very smooth minimising any time without a bath/shower. After meeting Bob during the planning phase I knew he would be the best choice to complete this project. He is very hardworking and genuine, and I had no concerns leaving him the keys to my home.
