Ian and Steve converted a damp cold lean to into an excellent utility room, toilet, sink, heating, tiled roof, insulated, damp proofed and painted, the complete job, planned and exicuted to highest standards. Ian and Steve gave advise on everything, even When I added extra jobs they were only to happy to accommodate. No sub contracting, all work done including building, plastering, electrics and joinery. I commissioned Darren to put in a suspended floor in my converted garage. His work was excellent and reasonably priced but more importantly it was Darren's knowledge and communication skills that set him aside from most other tradesmen. Throughout the process Darren communicated with me to arrange dates, times, prices and address any questions that I had. However, perhaps Darren's greatest attribute was his respect for my home. He put overshoes on when walking through my house, he cleaned up when the work was complete and took all rubbish away. Made contact with Bryn and Dave through My Builder and from the first visit to our house they were upfront, straightforward, easy to talk to and realistic about price, timescale and what we could and couldn’t do. Once on site they were both easy to deal with and also pointed out things we needed to think about again or maybe change to get the end result we wanted. They took on further jobs around the house and reacted to changes in the planned works well and made sure the job was completed on budget and on time. The hallway was quite an involved job needing the old wallpaper stripping and patching in places where the old plaster had crumbled back to the brick. All fixed now. Highly recommended. We hired Paul to do our side extension after reading many positive reviews. We needed an existing side extension (utility) and garage knocking down and the existing kitchen ripping out. This then created the space for a new long kitchen and dining room, plus a new utility room. Paul has been great, would certainly recommend. His quote was competitive and fully considered. He recommended an architect at our request who was also great. Paul set out the project week by week so we knew what to expect and when. Paul and his teams did the demolition, new foundations, concrete slab, all brickwork, roofing, velux's, windows, doors, water, drainage and electrics. As well as multiple steels/RSJs. Paul is super friendly and easy to work with and his work and attitude were great - would highly recommend and will certainly use for the next project!

I cannot recommend Stan highly enough. He is very organised and was in constant communication. He is very upfront and does exactly what he says he will do.
