R+R Roofing have been excellent from start to finish. Mike showed interest in my listed job pretty quickly and we were in conversation the same day. He was in the area and offered to come and look at the problem later that afternoon. He turned up on time, got straight up on the roof and identified the issue. He provided photos and a cost to rectify the same evening. Two days later Mike was back and fixed the leak in my roof, again providing photos of the work carried out. I posted this job as we had a constant leak in our garage roof. Asy gave us a quote very quickly, and was very informative and transparent to what was needed. Asy made a full new roof, which a was s very neat, and most importantly, water tight. There were some of the new roof that came slightly loose, we messaged Asy, and he responded very quickly, and came round asap and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Asy and his team; they are very professional, transparent, do an amazing job, and gives an all round brilliant service. If we could give zero stars we would for this company. Jobs that were supposed to be fixed were not fixed at all, even after paying extra. We was quoted silly money for additional work that was not necessary at all and I declined to have further work. A waste of time and money. We requested a receipt on a number of occasions and still haven't received one, we should also have photographs of the job and we never got those either. Lots of promises were made to get us to commit to extra work with warranty and we cannot even get a receipt for the work done. We take care of a lady with dementia and don't need additional stress that this company have caused our already challenging life. We expect a good level of competency when a company are listed on a site like mybuilder. Avoid this company is our advice. I have waited to post a review until we had some wet weather and we can clearly see the gutter is still overflowing. Chris of Prestige Roofing came out promptly to give advice on the roof repairs needed to address the growing seepage on bedroom wall. This was followed up the same day with a full written quotation. The work has now been completed and Chris will be back in a month or so to carry out additional repairs on the garden out-house roof. I mainly specify in interlocking tile roofs for New-Build sites but, can do all manner of roofing works and repairs including; plain tile, slate, strips and re-roofs, vertical tiling, hips, valleys and lead-work.
Jack was fantastic, turned up on the day / time promised. Repaired our leaking guttering by replacing a section. Felt sorry for him it was freezing when he was up there. Have done good work, cleaning the roof then apply solution for long term protection. Second part of the job is to put net between the roof and solar panels edges to prevent pigeons forming nest. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later noticed pigeons slipped through the net that was not fixed properly. I notified them, keep calling no answer yet,still waiting.Latest review:Roofing (Pitched)-
