Extremely unprofessional for a customer to be treated like this. I would avoid. Especially with a response like this.... Because to be honest with you your job is not important to me my wife being in hospital is important to me it slipped my brain to make sure you you had 10/10 communication from me whilst my wife is in a hospital bed I left your number with my guys for them to be in touch with you as I said they were finishing another job and mustnt of got around to calling they would of called today and for the delay I would of offered some kind of discount and re arranged your job for another day but I’m not interested in working for you now

He advised me on the best solution which was full replacement of my garden room roof (30 Square Metres) that include Solar Panels and a Living Green Roof. He was very knowledgeable, with meticulous attention to detail. The finish was excellent. The site, including the garden were left tidier and cleaner then when he started! His team were very helpful. Because of the excellent quality of workmanship, I have asked him to replace my main house roof (60 Square Metres) to remedy defects of the previous work. Friends and family members who are in the profession (Architect, Developers and QS) were also very impressed and are looking forward to using him for their jobs. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I would be happy to provide pictures of the high quality of the completed workmanship.

The workmanship was perfect and they did the job promptly by putting in a long hard days work despite the weather! Really nice to deal with and we will be using them again. I would definitely recommend. They are now doing work on my neighbor's roof :)
