You have exploited the space perfectly, I shared the plans with my clients who are all looking forward to the new look salon once the build is complete. Gary took the time to visit and walk me through some ideas on layout and exploitation of features within the building. He is bot professional and courteous, responded to all my questions and queries in a timely manner and also was happy to make changes after my first review of the plans. This is my first negative review. I am compelled to write because these types of services can be costly & timely when they go wrong. I met with Mr Mistry in Oct 2018 & agreed services & fees. Before submitting the plans, he said the agreed fees were wrong & he needed more. He did not physically inspect the loft & 3 builders said his measurements were inaccurate & bathroom location unfeasible. He advised me to submit 2 apps (loft conversion & extension) & then said 4 months later he had withdrawn the 2nd & to wait before resubmitting the 2nd! The ext was refused Apr 2019. He submitted a pre-app to see what could be approved. If he was unsure, he should've suggested the pre-app back in Oct 2018. He overcharged me £150 & only acknowledged it when I told him. He returned the money 6 weeks later! After asking repeatedly about progress, he copied me on an email to the council & on impulse I wrote to the case officer on his email only to find that the email address was bad & bounced back. After investigation, I located the real case officer who wrote to me expressing surprise that my architect even submitted the initial plans. On top of that, I also discovered that he did not submit the pre-app plans until 4 weeks after he said he had done it & overcharged me. Devan appears inexperienced, has poor attention to detail and you may draw your own conclusions around why he miscommunicated fees, email addresses, progress and actual submission dates to me.Latest review:Architecture-

Recognising and understanding that every project is unique and has its own set of constraints, I see my work as an opportunity to create a rational and interactive design solution with my clients.
Alex and his team did an outstanding job, professional throughout. Following an on site visit by Alex his team followed up to take laser guided measurements of the entire house. Alex & his team came up with some really thoughtful options in what was a difficult brief. They were very patient with my many alteration requests and were always a step ahead of any thoughts and ideas I tried to bring to the table.
