Since we left the review, this builder and his partner (possibly his wife) have been constantly calling us, insulting us over the phone, and threatening to visit the property they were supposed to inspect for a quotation in order to cause vandalism unless we remove the review. We had to block their phone number and report their behavior to the police. As I said, he agreed to go to the property to look for the roof leaking, and it was really urgent. and tenant wait him all day and he never show up

Get in touchThe job of changing 4 tiles which had been blown by a storm was completed efficiently (the next day). I appreciate that the job was also particularly difficult due to the difficult access. However the tiles used were of different colour and size than the ones needed, meaning that it completely sticks out visually. I might need to have the job redone for aesthetic reason. I would have liked to be told from the beginning that he did not have the right tiles so that I could have made a better decision.

He advised me on the best solution which was full replacement of my garden room roof (30 Square Metres) that include Solar Panels and a Living Green Roof. He was very knowledgeable, with meticulous attention to detail. The finish was excellent. The site, including the garden were left tidier and cleaner then when he started! His team were very helpful. Because of the excellent quality of workmanship, I have asked him to replace my main house roof (60 Square Metres) to remedy defects of the previous work.
