I have been let down on multiple occasions and had my time wasted by this company. Adrian came and looked at all the damp in my house and I was very impressed with how thorough he was. He recommended i get a PIV unit in my loft and have damp course injected in my livingroom. They sent me an invoice via email and asked me to pay a deposit and we scheduled a date for them to come. They only sent this email late afternoon/evening and I didn’t check my emails until the next day so didn’t see it. First thing the next morning I got a phone call from them saying as I hadn’t paid the deposit they had given my slot to someone else and had to reschedule. So we settled on another date and I paid the deposit. The day they were due to come no one turned up. 2 hours after they were due to arrive they phoned with an excuse and said they would come the next week, but the same thing happened! I had damp patchy walls with rotting skirting boards by the entrance of my home. I called Simon to come and give an evaluation on my property and all I can say is a job well thought out from start to finish, with considerable care taken to ensure the job was done to such high standards although a huge respect to Graham who carried out the works by himself. Even gave tips and advice on maintenance, and cleaned up after himself. I can’t thank this guy enough. Few people have already commented that it was like stepping into a new home. I highly recommend
