The last 16 years I have project managed and been responsible for all maintenance and building work for a local builders merchants employing a wide range of skills including roofing of various types, renovations, kitchen and bathroom fitting, joinery, ground works and and wall and floor tiling. Due to Covid 19 this contract has dried up at present and I so am now available to take on other work.
Carl completed a full restoration of a kitchen from stripping back the whole room to brick and joists - to rewiring, re-plastering, flooring etc. Job did run over budget and time compared to original estimate, however completed to a good standard.
