Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. Chris did a thoroughly professional job from start to finish. He came out on a Sunday to measure up and quote, and worked through a Saturday to get the job done. I was really delighted with the wardrobe he made, and the way he sorted small but tricky jobs that I didn't think anyone would be interested in.
