Martin was excellent from the start. He responded to my job request promptly, turned up exactly on time to view the work, and provided the quote on the same evening, as he promised! The quote for the work was very reasonable,and we decided not to bother with any other quotes and to go ahead with Martin. He was punctual, friendly and polite throughout the course of the work, and we were quite happy to leave him in the house while we went out. He has now finished the work, and we are delighted! The staircase looks superb - he has done a great job. We are so pleased, that we are asking him back to replace all of our internal doors.

Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring. Liam arrived promptly to review the job, measure the guttering required and provided a quote. On the day the work was scheduled for, Liam’s team came on time. The job wasn’t easy because some of the guttering is in a very tight corner, and the old gutters and downpipes were full of debris. Nevertheless, the guys got the work done in a professional manner and tidied before they left. When there was a small issue with one of the fascia boards they came back and sorted it, which shows that customer satisfaction matters to them. I would therefore recommend this company.

These lads had done some work for me previously, so later I asked if they could also do my driveway. They said yes, as it's something they specialise in as well. I'm very happy with both the quality of the work and the price they offered. The job was completed on time, they worked extremely hard, and the whole experience was very professional from start to finish. The job completed was a garage conversion into another bedroom. They bricked up the garage door to create a large window. Then knocking out the opposite wall to create another large window. They made a good door way into the room at the same time increasing the size of our hallway. The room was fully insulated, with plenty of electrical features before a very good plastering job was completed. During the job, I asked for additional work and they were happy to do this and quote me at the end. Both Robert and Stuart are friendly and approachable, and were happy to work round our family during the work. Having a family of 3 kids is demanding when there are building projects on the go in your home but they made the project be carried out without any stress on the family. Fully recommend them and will use them again in the future.
