The job completed was a garage conversion into another bedroom. They bricked up the garage door to create a large window. Then knocking out the opposite wall to create another large window. They made a good door way into the room at the same time increasing the size of our hallway. The room was fully insulated, with plenty of electrical features before a very good plastering job was completed. During the job, I asked for additional work and they were happy to do this and quote me at the end. Both Robert and Stuart are friendly and approachable, and were happy to work round our family during the work. Having a family of 3 kids is demanding when there are building projects on the go in your home but they made the project be carried out without any stress on the family. Fully recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Stephen responded very promptly to our message and was able to meet with us to discuss the job within a couple of days. The quote was provided shortly after our meeting and work started a couple of weeks later. The job, rotten bay window sill replacement, was of a very high standard. Stephen and his colleague were punctual, communicated throughout the process and very professional. I would recommend highly. Good price, friendly and great communication and high quality workmanship.

Our job evolved from tidying up a utility area into also fitting a new kitchen as well as removing an upstairs wall and replacing this with an oak handrail across the landing and down the stairs. Stuart was helpful, tidy and professional throughout and managed the other trades involved brilliantly. I would recommend him to anyone and will be getting him back to quote for a new bathroom.

Think about everything you want in someone you trust to bring your dreams to life and you have Jack. Efficient, reliable, accommodating, professional pleasant, with a standard of workmanship rarely seen nowadays..... the list goes on. Building or renovating can be construed as your worst nightmare, without a pandemic to contend with. Jack was manor from heaven. His ability to organise not just his team, but coordinate with others was a pleasure to behold. What a reassuring experience it has been. I have no reservations in recommending Jack. If you are fortunate enough to 'enlist' Jack, grab the opportunity with both hands. If you don't someone else will and you will be left with serious Builder Envy.
