Philip replaced a bathroom wall for me that had collapsed due to damp. He did a fantasitc job let me know the root cause of the issue, gave a fair quote and got the job done extremely well. He was respectful of my space whilst in the house and was just a trustworthy and decent person. Philip has done a fantastic job for my wall I'll be using him again for when I plan to renovate my bathroom. Very thorough,initial and continuing consultation all through the work. We felt confident in their abilities and attitude which showed enthusiasm and empathy, as well as humour! Would not hesitate to use them again, which we are, and to recommend them to others. They were quick to respond to our advert and to start the job. Welcomed, good advice initially and throughout helped up to realise our plans and the results have exceeded our expectations. They even fixed my ethernet cable when I cut through it with the hedge-cutter - without laughing! The front of the house looks so different and the inside is so warm. We now also have wonderful, solid steps from all exits. A first! Continual support has been offered for the future which is very reassuring.
